Raxter54 Posted March 5, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 5, 2018 DW and I are considering a cruise out of Port Everglades. Does anyone have a suggestion for an Off-site parking location? Any suggestions would be appreciated 😀 Sent from my SM-S907VL using Forums mobile app
thinfool Posted March 5, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 5, 2018 We always use Park n Go...besides parking they provide shuttle to and from whichever ship you are on. The shuttles have room for passengers and their luggage. I think we paid $10.99/day on our last cruise in Jan. '18. It is very easy to access at the end of I-595. You drive into their facility and unload under a rain shelter, then board their shuttle. Leaving your car key, they take care of parking your vehicle. You receive a coded ticket that you keep and give to your shuttle driver when you return. This enables the shuttle to take you directly to your vehicle. No schlepping your luggage all over the lot looking for your car.

Rare geoherb Posted March 7, 2018 #4 Share Posted March 7, 2018 We parked in the parking garage beside the terminal last month. It was just a week-long cruise. The difference in price wasn't enough for us to deal with the hassle of using a shuttle to and from the ship. We dropped off our large bags and then parked our car and walked to the terminal right beside the parking deck. It was $15 a day--$105 total for the week. Park N Go was charging $12 a day plus taxes and fees for the week we cruised, which added up to around $91. At different times of the year, when there are fewer ships in port, the Park N Go rate can get as low as $8.99 a day plus the taxes and fees, which can work out to be a significant savings over the port's rate for parking.
