Am I in thr right section?

I am single, love to cruise and have exhausted my nieces and nephews with past cruises. What cruiselines offer reasonable rates for singles? I hate to pay 2X. Anyone know of any breaks, especially for balcony and above cabins?

Although I don't cruise single, I understand that Holland America has one of the better deals for single supplements - usually around 160%, I think (the supplement being 60%)

The luxury lines have the best single supplements with most being in the 110% to 125% range. I've only known HAL to have SS of 190% and not lower than that---believe me, I've checked. Look for any cruises that are 2 for 1 specials and that way you only pay the first person rate. But again, it's usually the luxury lines that have the 2 for 1 specials.

I've been paying around 140% on Holland America when I sail off season and book a guarantee.
