Royal App not working?

On board now and Royal App (not the Royal IQ) is now asking for login and eventually tells me I have to wait until closer to departure for ship’s information, even after I login. App worked fine yesterday for showtimes, activities, deck plans, etc. Anyone else having similar problem? Thanks.

Do you have to pay for Voom in order to use the app? Or is it exempt from having to purchase wifi?

There's no login for the app - not sure what's going on. Did you try a different ship?
