cruisekitty22 Posted March 16, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 16, 2018 Is it better/cheaper to book shore excursions before the cruise on line or on the ship? We are sailing Empress of the Seas April 14, 2018.
ricka47 Posted March 16, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 16, 2018 We just booked Empress for 7/2 and note that there is a sale going on. I'm not sure how much off it is. But, I have found that, if you're going to use an RCI tour, just book it online so that it is all done ahead of time. I don't think that you save anything on board from my experience. ACEMommy2008 Posted March 25, 2018 #3 Share Posted March 25, 2018 I'd do it beforehand, that way you're not using precious cruise time waiting in line to make arrangements! You might also run the risk of the tour you want being full! Have fun...we're sailing April 5-9!
danp Posted March 25, 2018 #4 Share Posted March 25, 2018 Are you going to Cuba overnight? If so we booked the island tour the first day and found it very good, the guide we had answered all the questions that were asked. And on the second day we walked around the square which is just across the street from the dock.
