travsmom Posted March 26, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 26, 2018 Can someone please give me some hotel choices to stay at in Orlando the night before my cruise. I need budget friendly. I want it to be clean, it doesn't have to be fancy. We just need a clean place to sleep. I have been searching the internet but everything I find is costly. Thank you in advance for your help. Organized Chaos Posted March 26, 2018 #4 Share Posted March 26, 2018 Have you ever used the Trip Advisor website? It's very handy. Punch in a city and specify hotel and it lists all of them with reviews. Plus prices if booked through the hotel or by a few of the popular booking sites. If you enter your check-in/check-out dates, it'll also tell you if there's availability. I punched in your dates for the heck of it and, for example, saw a Wingate (by Wyndham) for $129. We stayed at a Wingate in Jacksonville, FL and found it to be an excellent hotel.
siestakeys04 Posted March 26, 2018 #5 Share Posted March 26, 2018 We were looking in that area for this July and best western airport had rooms between 80-100. A few family members don’t like best western so we went with Hyatt place Orlando airport.

JohninDC Posted March 26, 2018 #8 Share Posted March 26, 2018 Lots of hotels near MCO off of T G Lee Blvd with airport shuttles and nearby dining options. Plug your dates into your favorite travel web site. Pre-cruise we typically rent a car one-way (MCO to PC) allowing us to stay where we want - then drop the car off in PC and ride their free shuttle to the port; rental cost plus gas is usually the same or less than paying for shuttles. ;)
