Fitness centre hours on Ruby

i saw the other post about gym hours on another ship and it got me thinking. I guess I just kind of assumed it would be open early. I wake up very early and my husband does not. My plan was to use this time to work out as I don't want to gain 10lbs like I have on other cruises. Does anyone know the hours on the ruby?

I do wanna say it's 7am-9 or 10 pm. Last time I was on the ruby was 2016 though. What I like to do is go outside and walk the promenade and even if you have to climb stairs at the front I think it's still a great walk, or if it's chilly out walk inside just pick a floor lol. But unless something has changed I don't think they are open early (like 4) so might have to wait a bit if your an early riser like myself. Anyway enjoy your cruise!

Gym open 6am - 10pm. Treadmills open at 7am. Just got off Ruby yesterday.

There also basketball courts, jogging track and mini-golf also for exercise on the ship

years ago most of the gyms on Princess opened by 6 AM. Unfortunately,. too much noise from machines and exercisers for the people in cabins just below the gym. So I believe they all open at 7 AM. Hope this info is still correct.

Page 4 of current Patters from the Ruby Princess (see thread https://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2635785) list the Fitness Center hours as 6 am to 10 pm with treadmills from 7 am to 10 pm.

Not all of the treadmills may be open at 7:00 - often those right over a cabin will open later they will have a sign on them
