never thought it was for another country since the obc is listed in US $.

That’s the mandatory European premium all inclusive offer. But don’t worry, we pay some hundred euros/dollars more for the same cruise to have these “free” extras.

My same cruise cabin was $3936 with that offer and I paid $2450 - granted I do not have specialty dining or the prepaid gratuities - but I have everything else they are offering
