alfagee Posted April 14, 2018 #2 Share Posted April 14, 2018 Yes, I saw them regularly lugging irons and ironing boards to cabins.

mikaula Posted April 14, 2018 #4 Share Posted April 14, 2018 They will bring you an iron but won’t let you keep it in your cabin. I ended up ironing all my clothes the second time I requested an iron so I didn’t have to request one everyday.
ColinIllinois Posted April 14, 2018 #5 Share Posted April 14, 2018 You can also call to housekeeping for one.
ElaineKeagy Posted April 14, 2018 Author #6 Share Posted April 14, 2018 Thanks for the heads up. Hopefully I’ll get the stuff that doesn’t pack well pressed that first evening and won’t need it again. I’m not taking this 18 day cruise to do household chores!!! MandyMommyof2 Posted April 14, 2018 #7 Share Posted April 14, 2018 They sure will!! On our first cruise, I borrowed one and ironed all of our clothes that would need it for the week. After that cruise I purchased a steamer. I think around $19. Now I take it on all of our cruises and does the job great!!! Enjoy your cruise! gizfish Posted April 16, 2018 #8 Share Posted April 16, 2018 Consider bringing a bottle of Downy wrinkle release. It works very well.
marti2282 Posted April 16, 2018 #9 Share Posted April 16, 2018 I have never heard of irons being allowed in passenger cabins! Had no idea that NCL allowed it. I was watching videos on Star SJ cabins and spotted one. The ironing board first appears at about the 25 second mark and the iron is on the counter following that.
