Can't Add Expense Account in Online Check-in

It will not let me check the box to accept the Terms on the Onboard Expense Account tab. I have entered all the information and scrolled through the box. Any suggestions?

Mine does that if I use Google Chrome. Use internet Explorer or Firefox. It will work. I had it happen last week.
