Irish Coffee?

We are sailing on Allure for the first time in two weeks. I enjoy an Irish Coffee as a nightcap at the end of the evening, but have found it difficult to find on Royal Caribbean ships. Some ships will make it at one location, but on other ships, you have to get the coffee and go to a bar to get the Irish whiskey and whipped cream. Does anyone have any experience ordering an Irish Coffee on Allure of the Seas?

So does Park Cafe when they are open, so available for breakfast and lunch. Promenade is open later ;)
