Tiggipaws Posted May 13, 2018 #1 Share Posted May 13, 2018 Hello Is there likely to be alot of noise from above for cabins 1063 or 1069? Just wondering whether to look at Rotterdam deck instead? Thanks

My guess is that they would be noisy during BB King shows.
RuthC Posted May 13, 2018 #3 Share Posted May 13, 2018 Is there likely to be alot of noise from above for cabins 1063 or 1069? I've been in many of the starboard insides along that half of the passageway on all the Vista and Signature ships. I never had a noise problem in any of them. Both those cabins are fine, as are all the starboard side cabins about half way up that passageway. Any closer to the forward part is getting under Billboard, so that could generate some noise. I would stay away from the next cabin toward the atrium, however. There's a doorway to the crew area there, and that door slamming can be noisy. Port side is probably all right for those couple of cabins, but just forward of that is where the noise from the BB Kings group comes through. Notice that the entrance to the Queens Lounge is on starboard, but the bandstand is on port side.
Tiggipaws Posted May 13, 2018 Author #4 Share Posted May 13, 2018 Hello Thanks for all the replies. For the same price I could get IQ 10044, 10043, 10040 OR 10039 Thanks
RuthC Posted May 13, 2018 #5 Share Posted May 13, 2018 For the same price I could get IQ 10044, 10043, 10040 OR 10039 Personally, I would rather have the huge inside on Main Deck than the walk-in closet spa inside. Especially since the Main Deck cabin is more mid-ship. Everything seems closer when your cabin is mid-ship, plus it's in a very stable area if the seas are rough. But whatever you decide, enjoy your trip.
Tiggipaws Posted May 14, 2018 Author #6 Share Posted May 14, 2018 Hi Ruth Thank you for the reply. Just had a look at the measurements for the spa cabins, you are right, they are small. I'll have another look at the cabins on the main deck
