If you booked directly with Celebrity then you can go online and do it through the cruise planner.

I did not book through Celebrity, but I went on line yesterday and upgraded our Classic package to Premium on the cruise planner section of the web site. It was very simple to do.

I just upgraded ours from Classic to Premium. The cruise was booked through a TA, but you can go into Celebrity's website under the Cruise Planner section to upgrade.

If your cruise is a while yet, you may have to phone it in. And even then it may not work. I just tried for October 2019 and they said it's too far in advance, the drink package hasn't even been loaded into the system yet.
