Cabin under the aft elevator

there is NO cabin under the aft elevator. Cabins are around the elevator.

depends on the ship and the cabin number.

 

we are on the Magic 7429

and Liberty 7411 (Its where we book every time

Do you mean a cabin NEAR the elevator? Unless you are staying in the elevator shaft I'm pretty sure you can't be UNDER the elevator.

 

It may be a little bit more noise and foot traffic if you are near the elevators, but it is nice being there because you can get places quickly.

We always choose our cabins right by the elevators and have never had a problem with noise. You have to remember that these elevators are in the middle of the ship, not in the passageways right by the cabins. By the time most of the passengers get to the passageways, they have quit talking. And in the cabins, you don't even hear the "ding".
