Bliss Haven Sundeck = Vibe?

From various reviews, it almost seems like the Haven sun deck on Bliss is Vibe? Did Bliss go the way of Epic, which includes Posh for Haven and then sells only a limited number of passes to all others?

 

Thanks to anyone who can clarify. I could have this all wrong.

No, Bliss also has VIBE. The Haven sundeck expanded to cover both the port and starboard side of the forward-facing sundeck.

Compared to Escape...

 

Bliss has 2 cantilevered hot-tubs on the Haven sundeck and Escape has 1.

Bliss has 1 hot-tub in the Haven courtyard and Escape has 2.

Both have cabanas but Bliss has more.

Thanks! Two Haven cruises on Escape, and we've yet to use the Haven sundeck. Didn't even realize they had upgraded it from Breakaway. Oops!

Nothing in the Haven is adults only.

On Haven sun deck now. They have a sign at entrance thats it’s restricted to ages 16 & up. They didn’t bother my 12 & 14 year old yet but I saw them kick out 2 girls that looked plenty old. They were doing nothing. Had I known this policy I would have gone on the Symphony.

Yes, for ages 16 and up. This change occurred a year or so ago.
