Gluten free on RC

We are planning our first Royal Caribbean cruise on Radiance for next year. Can I have opinions on the gluten free options please? Also dairy free if anyone has information. Thanks.

As folks have said, just make sure to ask for what you want; simply asking for the GF options doesn't get you much selection. Your head waiter will be your BFF!

Went in January on vision. My daughter is gluten and lactose intolerant. She ate better on ship than she does at home.

However, my other daughter has a tree nut allergy. They did really well with that until one night they served an almond in her chocolate ice cream. She was rushed to infirmary and it was pretty scary for a few hours. Seems the butter almond ice cream was right by the chocolate. In their rush to dip it, an almond must have fallen off into her bowl.
