kjblovestotravel Posted June 3, 2018 #1 Share Posted June 3, 2018 Hi all! We are cruising June 24 to July 1 on the NCL Epic. We are spending time in Barcelona beforehand but will be going directly from the cruise ship to the airport when the cruise ends. There are 5 of us (adults) with luggage and we are looking at best options for transferring. We had thought about Uber but discovered that Uber is not allowed in Barcelona. Any suggestions? Rare fabnfortysomething Posted June 3, 2018 #2 Share Posted June 3, 2018 taxis are are fixed price-think its 35 euros-however with 5 of you and luggage you may need a larger van which might cost a bit more the taxi line on exiting ship is manned by port officials and they will direct you to next available including the lrge vans
dogs4fun Posted June 3, 2018 #3 Share Posted June 3, 2018 (edited) We booked a taxi from our BCN hotel to airport. There were 5 of us with luggage - we could not fit all luggage and 5 of us in a standard taxi - needed a larger vehicle (small van). There will be both standard size taxis and vans at the terminal. There are supplements for luggage - it was 1€ per bag for us. Plan on no less than 40€ and possibly more if van for 5 people. Info on taxi rates here: https://www.barcelona-tourist-guide.com/en/faq/airport/transport/taxi/barcelona-taxi-fares-and-supplements.html Edited June 3, 2018 by dogs4fun
Beanb41 Posted July 19, 2018 #4 Share Posted July 19, 2018 Try zip transfers who can arrange vehicles from the port to the airport. Size of vehicle and costings on their website
