Royal Princess and Swirls - what's complimentary?

I know the Royal has a swirls ice cream place up by the pool. Is it just the vanilla and choc soft serve that is free? What about toppings? If I remember correctly this was where they gave out popcorn from for MUTs is that still the same?

Yes, just the soft serve ice cream. They have some toppings like sprinkles. Yes, there was MUTS popcorn there this past February.
