Having sailed with RC for many years, I have never had any difficulties with creating a sea-pass for my upcoming cruise. This time, for two days, I was told online that the RC website was unable to process at this time. I finally phoned RC and the agent told me that my search engine (Google) was no longer compatible with RC's recently updated website. I found that hard to believe, but subsequently was able to create and print out a sea pass using Firefox. Has anyone else experienced this or was it just a fluke with a "creative" response from the agent. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
