A couple of Liberty questions.

Recommended Posts

If you go to liberty of the Seas august 26, 2018 I listed the entertainment for August.

Yes, you can self disembark. But note, 8a is reasonable, but if there is a Coast Guard inspection, Health Inspections, short staff of Customs and a large number of crew transfers, disembarkation can be delayed.

Liberty has broadway play Saturday night fever, it’s preety good, also a great ice show that is norammy repeated 4 or 5 times. Other nightly shows, normally singer in pub, piano player in schooner bar, also Spanish guitar player who was excellent on our last cruise. Should be off by 8:30 if you walk off.

We are also on an August cruise, our third out of Galveston on Liberty and have found the entertainment on this ship has always ben great. The pub has been especially good on our other cruises.

  • 3 weeks later...

Galveston has a high percentage of guests that drive to port making self-assist departure more crowded than some other ports. For the best chance to be on the road by 8am, get in line very early.
