Both are about the same price for transfer from LGA to Pier - which do you prefer?

 

 

Would like to book today so any input would be great.

We use Dial 7 but in honesty both are about the same.

My favorite car service in New York is Intaboro, use them all the time for travel and local stuff in the city. Great cars, very reliable. 1 718 745-1111.

May I ask why you are using a car service instead of the cruise ship's transfer package? Curious, because it seems like we are the only ones paying for the cruise transfer. Thanks!

Using the ships transfer you wait on others (didn't you do that enough in the ports of call), the bus won't leave until full. It might also not be the ideal time for your flight when you have to get off the ship or when they drop you at the airport.

Usually treated just like a ships shore-x, cat herding and all.

depends on the cost also

 

some ship's transfers are more $$ than just getting a taxi or car service

 

Compare the price of the ship's transfer usually PP with the cost of a taxi/car service

 

Plus as stated you sit & wait while the bus fills up with a taxi you go when you are ready
