I am posting from the Summit on the second leg of a B2B. We almost always do B2B or B2B2B series as it just makes sense when you fly to the embarkation and disembarkation ports.

 

If you are moving few doors down ask if you will have the same stateroom attendant. If not the two stateroom attendants will coordinate, but if you will have a different stateroom attendant it is a good idea to introduce yourself before the turnaround day to the new person. Other than moving the safe contents we never try to get into the new stateroom before the announcement is made that the rooms are ready. Not only are the hallways full of dirty linen and carts, while you can open the firedoors, on occasion doing so can an alarm.
