MSC Grandiosa just booked for 2020

Just booked Grandiosa for Med cruise in Feb 2020. Have been on alot of Carnival cruises....this is our first MSC one.

I have a MSC number but have become platinum with Carnival since then. Can I request they update my points on MSC again? I wasn't sure how that worked. Thanks!

I believe you only get one bite of the cherry so, if you have already status-matched, you can't re-visit it. What level were you status-matched to?
