GeoGirl22 Posted July 14, 2018 #1 Share Posted July 14, 2018 This will be our first cruise with kids. We just returned on NCL Getaway so have no clue what to expect out of RC. I’m currently debating between Brilliance of Seas (western Caribbean) or Enchantment of Seas (Bahamas) for spring break with young kids (3 and 5). I’m leaning towards Brilliance mainly because it’ll be a little warmer. However, I read Brilliance was geared towards an older demographic. Can any speak about the pool for kids, family activities, etc? Also, would use risk booking an ocean view guaranteed room if that’s all that is left? Thank you! Ken at the beach Posted July 14, 2018 #2 Share Posted July 14, 2018 I’d go for Brilliance. It has the mini golf as well and a better itinerary. I’d have no problems booking an Oceanview guarantee.
RSLeesburg Posted July 14, 2018 #3 Share Posted July 14, 2018 Have not been on Enchantment, but just got off Radiance - sister ship to Brilliance. Here is what I posted on another thread about activities for kids. https://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2655357

caszos Posted July 17, 2018 #5 Share Posted July 17, 2018 Our 3 and 6 year old loved Enchantment. The only thing was the Rock Wall and the Bungee Trampoline were both ages 6+. But they both loved the pool and the kids club.
