Six people and a scooter - Shuttle question

We are bringing my mother-in-law who is 83 and uses a scooter. She can walk but uses the scooter a lot. Can anyone recommend a shuttle or a suggestion on getting from the hotel to port and port to airport with a scooter and six people?

SUV and minivan cabs may be able to help - should only be about $15+ from Port Everglades to FLL.

 

Go Airport Shuttle is based at FLL - I would contact them. Larry's Limos is often suggested for private transport.

 

Does the scooter fold up? Will it fit into a standard car trunk? If so UberXL (usually either rminivan or large SUV) is another option.
