Hope to sail soon Posted August 3, 2018 #1 Share Posted August 3, 2018 We have made our Chef's Table reservations. I have been able to view the menus for all of the dinners except one--Mexico. Does anyone have the menu for that dinner? Also, is it possible to make substitutions for any items on the menu? I don't eat fish or seafood. Thanks! azdrydock Posted August 3, 2018 #4 Share Posted August 3, 2018 When you make your reservations they now show the menu for that specific day and it isn't the same for three consecutive days as in the past.

FionaGal Posted August 4, 2018 #7 Share Posted August 4, 2018 Here’s a short version of the Mexico menu: Tostadas de Pulpo (octopus on tostada chip), Tamalito de Pollo (don’t remember much), Nogales con Limon (icy prickly pear and lemon), Short rib with mole sauce, Chocolate en Texturas. Hubby was not able to get a photo or scanned copy to load here. We enjoyed some courses, others just ok. I guess it’s supposed to be a dining adventure! Hope to sail soon Posted August 4, 2018 Author #9 Share Posted August 4, 2018 Thanks MJAdventures! The menus were not available when we made our reservations several months ago. I like having an idea of what to expect.
suspaul Posted August 4, 2018 #10 Share Posted August 4, 2018 Hmmm didn’t see the Mexican menu on our upcoming oceans cruise, maybe they’re not offering it on that cruise. We’ve done 2 Viking ocean cruises and didn’t have good luck at the Chefs Table, we were told no substitutions of any sort. This was on our first cruise, 2nd we didn’t even book the CT and on our upcoming September cruise we didn’t book CT either. We’re more than OK with the MDR but we do love Manfredis!
