It sure is expensive there. About the only place worse than Iceland, for prices, is Norway. Talk about "out of the frying pan and into the fire"!

 

I'm curious too, about how the negotiations will play out. Interesting times!

Finally, after all these years I am  going to Paris..

Rosewood is one of the top tier Luxury hotel chains.Lowest rate in the middle of winter is ~ $US900 a night. Some TAs can access a cheaper rate.

I Used to work for Rosewood Lois when they had the Lanesborough and they were an absolutely first rate company. Can’t comment on this new Hotel first hand but as a company they don’t get much better.
