Problem with a agent

a few months ago I booked a junior suite single.

I thought I would try a new online agent which had a good price.

I emailed the agent before booking that I may want to add a second person to the booking.the agent said not a problem but there would be a small cost.

All seemed fine.so I booked it ,$225 deposit.

Over the last 4 weeks I have attempted on 4 occasions to add the second person.3 times by email once on the phone where they said they would call RC and get back to me with a price.

It’s been a week since the last email I’ve sent where I demanded a response.

 

Can anyone give me advice?

I don’t think I want to use this agent but I don’t want to lose my deposit.
