Question on price reduction

Will Holland honor price change and if so are there any stipulations, before final payment, etc. Thank you.

They will honor prior to final payment. Occasionally the new rate is for "new bookings only", which means you can cancel and rebook, but you risk losing a selected room, or other perks you may have had on the original booking.

It depends on your fare, fare type and promotions. Some fares are non-refundable. In other cases, you may lose whatever benefits you will get from the promotion. If your cruise has a fare reduction before final payment, you may be able to get a re-rate or onboard credit.
