Classic Beverage package as a perk gratuity

If we receive the Classic Beverage package as a perk are the gratuities already paid for or do we still pay 18% for each that drink we get? On our last cruise with Norwegian, they charged us around $100pp up front to for tips for the "free" drink package.

Celebrity includes the gratuities in the drink perk.

You will not pay the 18% as this has been factored into the drinks package.

Very nice. Looking forward to trying Celebrity. Been on many other cruises before, but just not Celebrity.

If you go above the stated limited for a drink on the Classic package, you pay the difference plus 18%. Wine is covered up to $9 a glass. If you bought a glass for $12, you would pay $3 and 18% just on the $3. Hope this is clear.
