Liverpoollovely Posted September 5, 2018 #1 Share Posted September 5, 2018 So my family and I have never been to Barbados and we are all extremely excited to visit here in November .. my sister got a quote from one a taxi service it would be $110 per person (there is three of us) to do a scenic tour around the island that would last five hours.. My dad is 79 years old this will be his birthday cruise whilst we are on the ship - he doesn't swim .. and we all like to learn about the places we visit so think a scenic or historical type tour would be great option for us Does anyone have any tour company recommendations? Rare MrSchwump Posted September 5, 2018 #2 Share Posted September 5, 2018 We used Carson Moore a few years ago and were very pleased. We did a lap of the island. We stopped at the peak of a ridge overlooking the east coast. Then we went down to Bathsheba which is very scenic. We stopped at Gunsight Hill (?) a Colonial era fort. Then we headed back to town, stopping at a beach where we got a flying fish sandwich. I think we paid about $90 each so $110 is probably about right. lynncarol Posted September 10, 2018 #3 Share Posted September 10, 2018 Glory Tours gave the four of us a great 4-hour private tour for a total of $150 US dollars. Ask for Charles Marshal as the guide.
