Jsipes Posted September 17, 2018 #1 Share Posted September 17, 2018 How do I find out how many Mariner Points I have. They are no longer displayed on HAL's website, as they used to be.

crystalspin Posted September 17, 2018 #3 Share Posted September 17, 2018 Jsipes, It's an Easter Egg hunt! Sign in, click your own name (next to Hello at top of screen), this opens My Account with My Details, My Bookings, and My Mariner Status as the three sub-categories. If it says "Your request could not be processed" or the like, refresh screen (you may have to do it more than once, and you may even have to come back later, such is the way with HAL website). You're welcome!
Krazy Kruizers Posted September 17, 2018 #4 Share Posted September 17, 2018 First you have to make certain that you are signed in on HAL's site. I was just checking my status this morning. Go to "Already Booked" -- click on that. Then select "My Account" -- click on that. You will see 3 choices -- select "My Mariner Status" -- click on that and you should see your mariner number, star level, cruise days, etc. Below that your cruises should be listed. If you just got off a cruise, it sometimes takes HAL 10 - 14 business days to add on new cruises.
sail7seas Posted September 17, 2018 #5 Share Posted September 17, 2018 OR save yourself the nuisance of trying to deal with HAL's web site and call Mariners Society. They know many of us have little success using that horrid website.
