rucingok Posted September 18, 2018 #1 Share Posted September 18, 2018 Carnival Magic on Dec 20, 8am-3pm. We want to see monkey and sloths and snorkel. I just found out that we could go to Daniel Johnson and then take a snorkel boat right from there. That seems like a great idea to cut down on car time, since West bay is in the opposite direction. I am sure it is more $ than shore snorkeling at WB, but that is not a problem to cut down on travel time. We are not worried about not being on an actual beach this day. Any thoughts? Thanks

Cocoloco24 Posted September 18, 2018 #3 Share Posted September 18, 2018 We are planning on doing the exact same thing when we get there in November, then after snorkeling just go to the mahogany bay beach. I know West Bay is much nicer beach, just not sure it would be worth the extra almost 2 hour round trip travel time....

BrotherCraig Posted September 19, 2018 #5 Share Posted September 19, 2018 We always hit up the sloth and monkey places by Boddens on the way to West Bay Beach and snorkel from there.

TIA 1 This thread may be of some help. I understand you may not be snorkeling, the thread still has heaps of info. The link is faster than me typing it all out again. :0) Quote Edited October 19, 2018 by Guest 2000
