I’m enjoying your fun, informative review.

I have been on 27 cruises, on which 24 I have traveled solo. I love it, being to do what I want, when I want and hot having to wait on someone else.

I have never felt uncomfortable. Other passengers seem to be befuddled when they fine out I’m traveling solo??

It sounds like you had a blast..so happy for you.

Have you booked your next solo cruise yet??? Hahaha

I liked your Chef Table photos (my favorite photos were the two toned tomato soup and the beef ribs). I also liked your sunrise photos from your private deck. I once had a cabin on the private deck on the Triumph and it was great to hang out there and take in the sights.

 

Regarding the wine you brought on board. I like the Apothic red. It is good to know there is an Apothic white. I will have to look out for it. Is the white on the sweet side or more like a chardonnay?

You're welcome and thanks for reading. The Apothic white was a little sweet, not too much, but it was delicious and I normally hate sweet wine. That tomato soup was delicious as well! And I love those 4J cabins. Absolutely love them. :)

Have to laugh at your picture of the Blue Bitch bar. We were walking in that area around the same time as I have that same couple in the blue and red shirt in the picture I took too.

Not to hi-jack the thread and make it about solo, but just wanted to respond to iggipolka's concern about dining. I ate alone every meal, either on the lido deck (Ecstasy has really nice outdoor space for that) and dinner in the dining room. Never was awkward. The dining room servers acted like it was quite usual and natural for me to be there alone. That really put me at ease.

 

 

yess me too . Has NO problem dining alone.
