Water taxi from West Bay to West Bend?

You didn't mention you transport choice. If you hired a driver... he can drop off those who wish to shop in West End, set a time to leave West Bay and tell the West End folks to hop a water taxi to West Bay.. this way they only have to spend time going one direction. If those who wish to wonder West End number at least four, they will not have to wait for the water taxi to fill.

 

If in fact, the West End people want to start in West Bay, just flip flop the route and have your driver collect them in West End at a pre-discussed time and location.

 

Or it can also be done the way you suggested... water taxi both ways. It is all about how much time you have and want to spend where. :0)
