We just got off the Epic yesterday. They do have excursions disembarking in Rome, dropping off at the airport:

s they do although at the prices charged you may be better off contacting a private operator who will arrange a sightseeing tour before airport drop off at time of your choosing

especially if you can get together a group from your roll call
