Although not a fan if the split dining in La Dame on a last minute whim we decided to join friends for a 9 o'clock sitting on the final night. Spoke to the MD at 8:30 to find only 2 others booked, so went in at 8:40.

An excellent boef bourguignon for main. Not a dish I would have expected to see in La Dame, but it was well executed

9:30am and a walk along the dock for an Omani visa check, and goodbye Silver Muse, for at least the next couple of years.
