Not to hijack this thread, but I too am a first time AZ cruiser (cruised Suite Class in X mostly) and had a question on the Ultimate Beverage package purchase.  I am sailing on the Nov 5 TA on the Pursuit.  Can you purchase the upgraded package middle of the cruise - and just pay for the remaining days?  On X you can do that.  Thanks.

Thanks for the info uktog.  I thought I had read somewhere that it was an 'all or nothing' proposition.  Glad to hear that it is not.  This way I can try a few days of the 'included complimentary spirits/wine'...and if it doesn't satisfy me, I can purchase the package just for the remaining days.

Thanks for the tips - looks like the website could be clearer about how to do this.  And I must say trying to reserve shore excursions on the AZ website was tedious.  Oh well.  Host Grandma, thanks for the suggestion - we will check it out.  We did about 20 cruises on Celebrity - starting on the Meridian etc but left X when the ships got too darn big.
