Can you View OBC on line?

Does anyone know if you can view your onboard credit online?

I forgot about  cruise  booked after May  19/19   

You can see  the OBC for those  but not for ones before that date

On the O website, you can see SBC associated with O Life (but not TA or O Club loyalty add-ons) for cruises from May 2019 onward (at least, I'm pretty sure it is May forward).

If you have a cruise booked after the May 1, 2019 date you can see it and it will tell you what you can use it on. One poster mentioned actually using some already that way.

Thanks to all who replied.  My cruise is in  3 weeks so I can't see it but it will be nice for future cruises.

We have just seen the OBC turn up - and it's in Australian dollars! Not what the invoice says.

When you look at the shore excursions are they in AUD or USD?

On the Canadian site  they show in CAD if  I want to pre book them

Excursions are only a generic set of pages, not specific to a passenger. Our invoices show our OBCs in US$ but online they show up as AU$ - which are very different nowadays!

 

That's when I can log on - at the moment the O website won't accept my (correct) password and if I ask for a password re-set it says I will get an email but I never get one!

 

The email address that I enter turns into upper case by itself and I think the same is happening to my password which has a mixture!

 

I can see another email to Mike Moore coming up.....

I think you might have them confused with some of the other lines in your Signature.

I agree. It wasn't available on Insignia this past June or on any of our other previous O cruises.
