Paid Upgrade rules with RC Visa points

I have searched & found conflicting info. Not sure what current rules are now and would like to know before placing call to C&A today. Cruising next month, cruise paid in full. Upgraded balcony type is available for only slightly more than we paid originally. I believe we can pay  for upgrade after final payment. -  However, have transferred our RC credit card points to OBC for this cruise - will we lose that OBC & no longer keep the same reservation/booking # that OBC is attached to? Or do we keep same RES# & OBC that will all stay in tact & simply transfer to new stateroom? TIA for any help! 😀

You should keep the same reservation number and Visa points OBC.  If you have additional promo OBC from the original booking, you may lose that unless an equivalent promo is running when you make the change.
