Cancellation insurance

   We know that Viking has a “Cancel for any reason” feature in their Insurance Policy.  If you just decide you can’t go, you get the full value as vouchers for a future cruise.  The reason doesn’t have to be a “covered reason”.  Does any other luxury cruise line offer that cancellation guarantee?  Thanks
