Another "formal/informal" question ....

No matter what you've seen elsewhere, a nice sportcoat and dress trousers is not "formal" wear.

I don't know if it could be considered "elsewhere" but on the HAL website it says a suit or tux are certainly not required on formal night...A jacket with a tie are quite welcome on formal nights...It might not be every ones idea of "formal" wear but it seems it's quite acceptable to HAL.

Hmmmm... a friend of mine in the Fire Department gave me a chemical spill protection suit. Works just fine!
