Symphony of the Seas - Live 11/24/18-12/1/18

Recommended Posts

The meet and mingle had a good turn out, they had tons of prizes.  I was one of the last to win. I got a plastic cup and a few luggage tags.  I will post a pic later.

The Top Tier event was right after the Meet and Mingle.  Even though I am Diamond, this is the first time I have gone.  There were beverages available as we entered.  CD Abe introduced the captain (Rob from US) and then the rest of the senior officers. They then did a little preview of the slack lining from Hiro.  For those that are interested, here is the breakdown of the C&A levels on-board this week.  I was told yesterday that there will be Diamond Lounge overflow in The Attic this week

1459 gold

553 platinum

255 emerald

527 diamond

325 Diamond plus

48 pinnacles

Top 3 members on board:

 Lisa - 1750

Mr Lawson - 2023

Judith - 2426

Is there a cost for the Coastal Kitchen?

It is included for pinnacles and grand suites and above for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  It is included for dinner in a junior suite if there is availability.

Spent the day enjoying the suite deck area.  I love the covered loungers that are available.  We lucked into two when we got there shortly before 11 and enjoyed them all day until the sun started to shift and we lost the shade.

Our home again for today.  We are in Sint Maarten today but decided to stay onboard and enjoy the ship with less people around.  We love these loungers on the suite sun deck!

Nice...looks relaxing.

By any chance have you been to the Schooner Bar yet?

We were to listen to Billy Pando (who is FANTASTIC).  I forgot to look to see who was working the bar.  We probably won’t be up there tonight as Billy is off, but I will check tomorrow!

We decided to hit the Windjammer for lunch today.  I love the new hand wash stations.  So much more effective than hand sanitizer!

They did not have ranger cookies!! 😞

Thank you so much for sharing your trip with us! Appreciate the great pics and daily compass. We are sailing on Symphony in Jan, and this is very helpful.

Question: where is the buffet located?

You are welcome! The buffet is called the Windjammer on Royal ships.  On Oasis class ships it is on Deck 16 AFT.

Thank you, I appreciate that so much! We wanted to bring Andreia (I think that's how she spells it) a gift when we sail on December 8th, but I just wasn't sure if she had moved from Harmony to Symphony yet.

Loving the live review, by the way. Thanks again!
