First time on RCCL.  ‘Refreshment package’ is 40% off for cyber Monday ($17/pp).  Traveling with our boys 12 and 8.  Is this price worth it for  them?  They probably would have juice at breakfast and smoothie or mock tails later in the day.  Not huge soda drinkers as we try to limit those.  Hard to find what juice or smoothie / mock tail cost are.

Figure non-alcoholic cocktails around $5.   Fresh squeezed OJ around $3-$4.

Bottled Water (Still and Sparkling) - $2.99

Soda (Can) - $3.49 (note package gets you fountain soda, and Freestyle access, usually not cans, but without package you buy soda in a can only)

Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice (at Breakfast) - $4.50

Any non-alcoholic drink (juices, sodas, frozen/slushies) - $4-$6

Milkshakes @ Johnny Rockets - $5+

Specialty coffees, teas - $3-$6

 

Even if soda might not be terribly common, 3 cans of it end up putting you over the cost of the soda package per day, and the soda package includes the 120+ flavors in the Coke Freestyle machines, not just the 4 or 5 different canned flavors you can buy.

 

And considering the current discounted pricing of $15 or $17/day for the refreshment package, the incremental additional cost of it over just the soda package gives a significant number of extra options for a very reasonable additional cost.
