Question about price adjustment

We booked the Ovation with obstructed view balcony a while back.  Received 100$ OBC.  Total cost was 5600$.

 

Today, I looked and this is the pricing it showed.  While this obstructed view balcony room isn't the same room as ours (obviously), can I get the $500 difference refunded?  If so, how do I do that?

If you are not past final payment, yes you can reprice it for what it is selling for today. I have done it several times for an upcoming cruise!

Yes, just call and tell them to reprice your reservation. Stay on the line and check the PDF email receipt the CSR sends you.

As long as you booked under North American terms and conditions you should be able to get this repriced.  Other countries have different rules.

And if you had any perks on the previous booking they will generally be replaced by the new one.  You will lose the $100 OBC but gain the better price.  Note that you don't have to cancel and rebook - you can keep the cabin and they will just reprice you.
