Grand Turks Info....

Hi everyone.  I have been to Turks and Caicos many times. I usually stay

on the ship.  Sometimes I will bring scooter down for a while.  This year

when we went I noticed that right when you enter Margaritaville to your

right they have these different cabanas opened, not like the regular ones.

 

I would like to know were can i order one of those, or do I have to do it once

at Turks and Caicos??? Thanks...

The ship rents them out.  There are a few different versions.    Poolside cabanas 205.    Bariju beach cabana   134.

The Bariju  cabanas appear to be a 20 minute ride from the port, not on the right as you enter Margaritaville as OP mentioned.

Yes, I'm pretty sure the cabanas the OP referred to were those right on the Margaritaville property next to (but not too close to) the pool.

we did the zip line/ beach excursion on the pride this summer. we also walked back to the ship (where they  drop you off at the beach).

The one's the OP are referring to are fairly new.  We were there in September.  They can only be rented through Margaritaville.  They also have VIP lounges, umbrellas, and coolers that you can rent only through Margaritaville for $30.  Both cannot be rented in advance and are first come/first serve.
