Best Tour Option for Sightseeting & Beach

We have never been to St. Kitts before and are looking to book a tour that would offer a tour of the island, maybe some light hiking and since we are also beach lovers, we want to also have lots of time at the beaches for snorkeling and relaxing.  Would we be wise to book something ahead of time??  If so with who??  Or are we better off grabbing a cab once off the ship the day we arrive in port (Dec. 26)?

What did you end up doing in St. Kitts? I am going in May and can't decide what to do.

I have been here several times.. Found this Taxi service on this board many yrs ago.. always use them..

I think you will be happy w what they can offer..

Hello, you said you use Rose and Jim's Taxi before.  How did you contact them?  I have tried contacting them by emails, and even through their website, but have not heard back.  I just wondered how you booked through them?

Chris, thanks for your input on this.  I have tried reaching Rose and Jim more than one time, but at this point, we plan to just go on our own.  Thank you once again.
