O2B@Cagain Posted December 5, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 5, 2018 After the picture of the washing machine effect on the Wind Star in 14 foot seas, I started wondering...Is there any problem on the lower deck of the power boats in high seas? And I am looking at before it is stretched...
Misty Morning Posted December 6, 2018 #2 Share Posted December 6, 2018 O2B@Cagain, You will not have that problem with the Breeze as the the lowest cabins are on the second deck with the main dining room one deck below while some rooms are on the lowest deck on the sail ships and closer to the water. Happy sailing
wripro Posted December 6, 2018 #3 Share Posted December 6, 2018 The lower the deck the better it is during high seas. Much more stable.
O2B@Cagain Posted December 6, 2018 Author #4 Share Posted December 6, 2018 Thanks, Misty and wri! We were on deck 4 on the Pride in the Caribbean, but that is fairly protected water...at least most of the time. I was just hoping if it was rough, I could still see the horizon!
