Custom Air

I plan to book my cruise with a travel agent, but I want to use Oceania's custom air.  Do I have to have the travel agent arrange that for me, or may I deal with Oceania directly?  Thanks.

You give the TA  the flights you would like & they submit them to the Air Dept  for approval

You could ask for a 3 way call  so you can be in the loop  but generally the TA  is the person  they deal with

Generally speaking, once you book with a TA and not directly with Oceania, all communications need to go via your TA.
