Soda Package perk with balcony stateroom

We are returning to cruising after a hiatus.  I read somewhere in these posts that the soda package is included with a balcony room reservation.  Can anyone confirm this?

Not for standard resv as far as I know. Perhaps there are certain perks offered on particular ships or sponsored by TA. Just returned from harmony with ocean view balcony and no free packages of anything were offered

Only with Boardwalk balcony staterooms on Oasis class ships.

We have ocean balcony and received no such offer on Allure.

I'm pretty sure it's only for Boardwalk balconies. My kids stayed in a Boardwalk balcony on Allure last month. They had cups in the room but nothing on their card so we had to go to GS for  stickers.
