Afternoon tea

I think I know the answer, but does anyone know if the Aromnia has afternoon tea? I am referring to the tea and cookies with white glove service.

Simple answer - no.  Afternoon tea (white glove service) is only available in the Yacht Club which doesn't exist on Armonia.

And, if you have ever had afternoon tea on Cunard or Dutch Royal tea on HAL you will find that the MSC YC variant is awful...we tried it early in our cruise and did not repeat the experience!

It may not reach the lofty heights experience of Cunard, but "awful"?  Hardly that bad, Hamrag.  It's not something we'd set time aside for, but we've had it a couple of times when knocking about in the Top Sail Lounge at the times it was being served.
